My Name is Nigel i am originally From Birmingham and an Ex Rover employee and on the weekends i started working in security on the doors that is where i found myself really enjoying the Night life economy, i moved down to Torbay in the early 90s and found myself working in security again. I am Driven by a passion for providing top-tier security solutions and a desire for greater control over the quality of service offered, I Co-founded N J Security Ltd. I recognized a gap in the Security sector. a company that prioritized personalized client relationships, and a truly dedicated team. Frustrated with the industry's tendency towards cookie-cutter approaches and a lack of responsiveness to individual needs, I felt compelled to create a company that put the client first.
